Do you need a universal tester to drive a variety of small displays with digital interfaces? Our T-Drive™ SD100 small display tester can drive most small format displays on the market today, including TFT displays and C-STN displays with CPU or SPI interfaces!

The SD100 is the small display drive unit that you’ve been looking for! Typical applications include using the SD100 as a manual cell display tester, or a cell display drive unit in an automated tester. The SD100 provides:

programmable horizontal and vertical timing for RGB interfaces,
selectable CPU or SPI interface types, with programmable bit-packing and sequences to initialize the display,
a myriad of built-in test patterns or downloaded images, quickly loaded to the display via the RGB interface or the appropriate CPU or SPI graphic memory interface,
(3) programmable power rails for your small format display and
accurate drive currents for various LED backlight configurations, including LEDs connected in series or in parallel

The SD100 can be controlled from a convenient handheld keypad or from the optional remote interface. In either case, Westar provides you with our
T-Encoder™ software to enable you to load the drive profiles and test images for your application.

T-Drive™ SD100 can be upgraded in the field, so you can stay current with the latest features by downloading the most recent firmware release. No need to send your unit back to factory for updating.
